Jurnal – El Camino de Santiago
Ziua 3: Zubiri – Villatuerta 65 km / 1026 m
După un somn bun, m-am trezit, am mâncat şi la 8:30 deja pedalam. Parcă încep să dispară micile temeri vis-a-vis de necunoscut şi să mă bucur din ce în ce mai liber de drum. De dimineaţă a mai picurat puţin însă pe după-amiază a ieşit soarele. Dimineaţa am tot mers de-a lungul unui râu cu o apă turcoaz închis, traversând păduri micuţe şi sate, pe o potecă destul de îngustă şi mistică.
Ajuns în Pamplona şi negăsind marcajul, am întrebat un bătrânel dacă sunt pe drumul cel bun. Fără să stea pe gânduri, a venit cu mine pe jos până la ieşirea din oraş. Mi-a povestit istoria oraşului, a stat cu bicicleta mea şi m-a pus să vizitez 3 catedrale şi să îmi iau ştampila. Era foarte fericit că mă ajută şi probabil şi că mai are cu cine să schimbe o vorbă. După ce i-am mulţumit mult pentru ospitalitatea lui mi-am continuat drumul fericit că am dat de aşa oameni frumoşi. În următorul sătuc, Cizur Menor, m-am oprit la o bere şi tapas iar apoi am continuat spre Puente de la Reina unde am oprit pentru masa de prânz. Cât timp mă uitam pe meniu, un pelerin canadian a tras un scaun şi m-a invitat să stau cu el, nu singur. Tipul era tâmplar, făcea mobilă de lux, deci probabil mai mult artist decât un simplu tâmplar.
Mi-am continuat drumul spre Estella iar spre seară am decis să mă opresc şi să mă cazez în Villatuerta. Aici am stat la un albergue, Casa Magica, un loc într-adevăr magic. Gazdele au pregătit o paella imensă pentru toata lumea şi un vin bun. La cină am întâlnit un cuplu de olandezi care au venit din Amsterdam până în Constanţa cu bicicleta, iar tipul era autorul mai multor cărţi de cicloturism.
